Zechariah 7:10-12

10 and (A)do not oppress the widow or the [a]orphan, the sojourner or the afflicted; and do (B)not devise evil in your hearts against one another.’ 11 But they (C)refused to give heed and [b](D)turned a stubborn shoulder and [c](E)dulled their ears from hearing. 12 And they made their (F)hearts [d](G)diamond-hard [e]so that they could not hear the law and the (H)words which Yahweh of hosts had sent by His Spirit by the hand of the (I)former prophets; therefore great (J)wrath came from Yahweh of hosts.
